breathing practices, rooted in ancient wisdom of many different tribes, have stood the test of time, evolving into a modern-day resource for holistic healing.

today, breathwork sessions come in varied forms, shaped by individual facilitators, techniques, and integrated somatic approaches.

our emotions and our healing are anchored within ourselves. the way we perceive and accept ourselves plays a crucial role in our mental well-being. through self-reflection and emotional authenticity, we can have a direct impact on our feelings and our healing. breathwork, a practice based on conscious breathing, offers a way to deepen this self-connection. by focusing on our breath and connecting with our inner landscape, we can create a space for self-acceptance and healing.

what is breathwork?

the conscious connected breath is a breathwork technique where the breath is consciously slowed down and deepened. I use this technique in my sessions as it establishes a deep connection to the body to release emotional blockages and promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. during the process, the breath is cycled without pause, leading to inner peace, increased awareness and deeper relaxation.

with practicing conscious connected breath, I enjoy helping people free themselves from stress, cope better with ADHD in their daily lives, and support overcoming trauma.
